Shipping and Returns
We will aim to despatch all orders within 7 working days. On receipt of your order if delivery is expected to exceed the 7 working days, we will contact you to advise you of the situation.
UK Postage and Packaging
All our prices are quoted in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the national rate. The prices shown on product pages of this site are exclusive of shipping costs.
The cost of shipping is allocated using the following pricing table:

All shipping/delivery charges apply to all UK mainland orders only – Not subject to VAT.
If you live in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland please contact us by email: sales@chicathome.co.uk. We will reply within 2 working days with an accurate shipping quote.
Overseas Orders
If you wish to order from outside the UK, please contact us and we will reply within at least two working days with an accurate shipping quote.
Returns
Although we are sure you will be highly delighted with your purchase, we will accept returns within fourteen days of receipt. Please contact us by e mail or telephone to confirm your wish to return.
All returns will exclude the original shipping costs and the buyer will be required to pay the costs to return the product, unless it is faulty.
All goods must be returned unopened in the original packaging in a re-saleable condition. Please enclose the buyers full name and address with the returns and we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting.
